Hotel Policies

By making a booking at Club Way Grand hotel and using our facilities, you agree to comply with the following hotel policies:

Check-In and Check-Out:

  • Check-In Time: Our standard check-in time is  12 PM . Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Check-Out Time: Guests are required to check out by 11 AM . Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Guest Registration:

  • All guests are required to provide valid identification and complete the registration process upon check-in in accordance with local regulations.

Occupancy Limits:

  • Room occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified in your booking confirmation. Additional guests may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges.

Smoking Policy:

  • Club Way Grand is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms and public spaces. A designated smoking area may be available outside the hotel premises.

Pet Policy:

  • Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises, with the exception of service animals assisting guests with disabilities. Please contact us directly if you require accommodation for a service animal.

Noise and Disturbance:

  • Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests and refrain from causing excessive noise or disturbance, especially during quiet hours.

Damage and Loss:

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property or loss of hotel items caused during their stay. Charges for damages or missing items may be applied to the guest’s account.

Prohibited Activities:

  • The following activities are strictly prohibited on hotel premises:
    • Illegal or unlawful behavior
    • Disorderly conduct
    • Damage to property
    • Harassment of staff or other guests
    • Any other activities deemed inappropriate by hotel management

Right to Refuse Service:

  • Club Way Grand reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any guest who violates hotel policies, exhibits disruptive behavior, or poses a threat to the safety or well-being of other guests or staff.


  • Club Way Grand shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay at the hotel, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
